convenient location helpful recommendation detailed direction
i found the location to be convenient. it was a short walk from the boat terminal and various shops and cafes. the concierge, alberto, offered helpful recommendations regarding local dining and transportation. i particularly appreciated his detailed directions for navigating the vaporettos.
i did notice that the sound insulation was not ideal. sounds from the stairs were easily audible, particularly during the night. this impacted the overall tranquility within the room, i believe

the breakfast had continental options or egg and bacon. it included coffee and orange juice. the server was friendly. i left my bags after checking out.
i found a slight inconvenience with the many stairs, because there is no elevator

Charming Stay Near the Train Station
convenient location secure door easy walks
The hotel was conveniently located less than ten minutes from the train station. This made carrying our luggage so easy. I noticed the facility included a secure, locked door requiring a passcode. It added a layer of comfort. The location was superb for seeing the sights. We enjoyed many walks, utilizing the water bus too.
The walls seemed thin, and street noise was quite audible.

helpful fridge soft beds
the room included a fridge which was really convenient it was clean and as pictured the beds were so soft to sleep in. the location is quite nice as it is private even though it is not far from the main street
the stairs presented a challenge as there is no lift , made carrying luggage a bit difficult

mold smell street noise
the staff was friendly and helpful during the brief time i interacted with them.
My room smelled strongly of mold. I think it was the beautiful double room. there was also quite a bit of street noise at night (the windows rattled with every passing vehicle), so sleep was difficult. no lift access exists, so carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was not fun.
